Q: What’s the difference between McAfee and Intel Security?

Q: I submitted a comment but I don’t see it.  What happened?

A: All comments must be reviewed and approved by Intel Security before it goes live on the site.  This helps us control spam comments and gives us a chance to answer your question as well.  We do not approve any comments that include profanity.  Check back within 1-3 business days to see if your comment was approved and given a response.

Q: Help! I think I’ve been hacked! What should I do?

A: We are sorry that you have been hacked. Here are a few tips to prevent it in the future:

  • Regularly reset your password(s). Use complex passwords and choose a different password for each program. Learn more about creating secure passwords.
  • Only provide personal information on safe sites. URLs that begin with HTTPS are more secure than those that begin with HTTP.

Q: Why doesn’t my RSS feed work in Google Chrome?

A: Unfortunately, Google Chrome does not support RSS feeds. You can download a browser extension from the Chrome web store, or try another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Q: Why doesn’t my RSS feed work in Microsoft Outlook?

A: We want to ensure a secure experience browsing through our blog, which is why we use HTTPS. RSS feeds from sites that run under HTTPS are not compatible with Microsoft Outlook. Please subscribe to us through your browser.
